The Motto “The Fear of God is the Beginning of Wisdom” affirms that true knowledge is rooted in reverence for God, the source of truth, goodness, and compassion. Parents or guardians are required to inform the school in writing by submitting a leave application via email at before 8:00 a.m. when their child is absent.

The leave application must be sent from the email address provided on the student’s admission form.
In the case of pre-planned leave, the leave application, along with all necessary supporting documents and attachments, must be submitted to the school in advance for approval by the Principal’s Office prior to the leave.

If a student is absent due to a contagious illness, a medical certificate from the student’s attending physician must be attached to the leave application.
A medical certificate is also required if a student is absent for more than two consecutive days.

Parents or guardians are required to visit to the information office and fill an Excuse Slip before taking their child home prior to the scheduled dismissal time

The Registrar’s Office maintains official student records and handles matters related to enrolment, registration, academic records, transcripts, certificates, attendance records, and other official school documentation.

Students or parents/guardians should complete the required registration forms and submit all requested documents by the registration deadline. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for specific requirements and deadlines.

Requirements may vary by grade level and student status. Common documents include:
Completed admission form
Student’s B-Form/Birth certificate/FRC
Previous school records or transfer certificate
Recent passport-size photographs (04)
Parent/guardian CNIC / Guardianship Certificate
Vaccination Record
Any other documents required by the school

Students or parents/guardians should inform the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible if there is a change in address, phone number, email address, emergency contact, or other personal information. Supporting documentation may be required.

Student Certificate / verification requests should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. Requests may require identification and verification of the student’s records before the document is issued. It will take 03 three working days.

Processing times depend on the type of document requested and whether the records are readily available. The Registrar’s Office will provide an estimated completion date when the request is submitted.

Official documents may only be released to the student, parent/guardian, or an authorized representative, subject to the school’s identification and authorization requirements.

If an original certificate, report card, or other official document has been lost or damaged, contact the Registrar’s Office. A written request and supporting identification may be required, and applicable fees may apply.

The parent/guardian or student, where applicable, must submit a formal withdrawal request. The Registrar’s Office will provide information about the required forms, clearance procedures, and release of School Leaving Certificate in 3 working days.

Yes. The Registrar’s Office maintains official student records according to the school’s record-retention policies. Requests for archived records may require additional processing time.

Student records are handled confidentially and are released only to authorized individuals in accordance with school policies and applicable privacy requirements.

Yes. Contact the Registrar’s Office and provide official supporting documentation. Corrections to personal information must be verified before the school record is updated.

The Testing Fee and Admission Form Fee are required to be paid at the time of applying for admission.

After successful admission, the Admission Fee, Security Fee, Annual Fund and current tuition fee are required to be deposited in the bank through the voucher generated by the school fee software.

No. The Admission Fee is non-refundable. After getting school Leaving Certificate (SLC).

Yes. The Security Fee is refundable subject to completion and verification of the required documentation.

The monthly tuition fee varies according to the class. Please refer to the current school year Fee Structure available on the school’s official website.

Tuition fee must be paid monthly on or before the due date mentioned on the fee voucher/bill.

The school fee can be deposited through the designated payment channels:

Parents should make payment according to the bank name and details mentioned on the fee voucher/challan.

No. Photocopied challans are not accepted for fee payment.

No. Cheque deposits are not accepted for bank transactions to avoid confusion in individual payment recording.

Parents should collect and retain the student’s copy from the bank after payment of the tuition fee and keep record for the future reference.

Monthly fee challans are distributed to students in their classrooms. Also uploaded on blog/website to download.

Please contact the Finance Office for assistance or issuance of a duplicate fee bill. Fee bills may also be uploaded on the school’s official website/blog as per the school’s practice.

Please provide proof of payment to the Finance Office so that the payment can be verified and the fee record can be updated.

Parents may request a Fee Payment Statement from the Finance Office by providing the student’s required details.

Yes. A Fee Certificate or Fee Statement may be requested from the Finance Office by providing the student’s details and the required period.

The following documents are required:
Copy of the School Leaving Certificate
Original Security Card issued by the school at the time of admission
The Security Card should be kept safely throughout the student’s enrollment.

If the original Security Card is lost, a request on Stamp Paper declaring the loss of the Security Card is required. The specimen/application format may be obtained from the Finance Office.

The Security Fee refund is made through a crossed cheque after completion and verification of the required documentation.

The refund cheque is normally processed within one week after submission and verification of complete documents. The Finance Office will provide the date for collection.

No. The Security Fee cannot be adjusted against school fee or any other outstanding dues.

Yes. All dues must be cleared before the scheduled examinations.

Non-payment of tuition fee for three consecutive months may result in withdrawal or drop-out from the school, as stated in the School Guide-Book.

All outstanding school dues must be cleared before the student’s financial clearance can be completed.

Parents are requested to deal directly with the Finance Office for all financial transactions and are discouraged from approaching other staff members regarding payments.

Principal’s appointments are scheduled every Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 12pm. Meetings are arranged strictly through prior appointment and subject to the Principal’s availability.

No. Parents/guardians are expected to obtain a confirmed appointment in advance. Walk-in meetings will generally not be accommodated. However, genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the Principal’s Office.

The appointment request should include:
Student’s full name and class/section
Parent/guardian’s name
Contact number
Brief and clear reason for the meeting

All requests will be reviewed by the Principal’s Office. Once the appointment is scheduled, the Information Office will respond to the parent/guardian by email with the confirmed date and time.

Parents/guardians may mention their preferred time; however, the appointment time will be assigned by the Principal’s Office according to the Principal’s schedule and availability.
Tuesday and Wednesday are specifically designated for addressing parents’ concerns and providing sufficient time for detailed discussions. Emergency matters may be considered separately, where appropriate.

Parents/guardians are requested to inform the Principal’s Office in advance if they are unable to attend, so that the appointment may be rescheduled.
If a parent/guardian arrives late, the scheduled appointment may not be extended. They may be required to wait until the next available time slot so that other scheduled appointments are not disturbed.

Yes. Urgent or exceptional matters may be communicated to the Principal’s Office. The matter will be assessed, and an appointment or appropriate response will be arranged according to its urgency and the Principal’s availability.

Parents/guardians are requested to clearly explain the purpose of the meeting in their email and bring any relevant information or documents necessary for discussion.

Parents/guardians are requested to follow the proper channel for addressing concerns before requesting an appointment with the Principal.
The recommended procedure is:
Concerned Teacher → Class Advisor → Level Coordinator → Discipline Coordinator → Principal’s Office
Parents/guardians should first discuss the matter with the Class Advisor, Level Coordinator, Discipline Coordinator, or concerned teacher, as applicable.
If the concern remains unresolved or the parent/guardian is not satisfied with the response, an appointment with the Principal may then be requested through the designated official email address.
